1. Adjust the feeder in front of the spring cone crusher. Ensure that the feeder distributes the material evenly to avoid a situation where one side is heavier than the other. You can adjust the feeder's vibration frequency or angle to ensure a more even feed into the crusher.
2. Install a pre-screening device in front of the spring cone crusher to pre-screen material that does not meet the crushing size, preventing oversized or undersized material from entering the crusher and causing uneven feed.
3. Control the feed rate of the spring cone crusher. Reasonably control the feed rate to avoid overloading. This can be achieved by using a metering feeder or adjusting the vibration frequency of the feed hopper.
4. Material pretreatment. For materials with high moisture content or high viscosity, drying or mixing can be performed first to prevent them from clumping together in the crushing chamber.
5. Inspect the crushing chamber. Regularly check the wear of the liner in the spring cone crusher's crushing chamber. Severely worn liners should be replaced promptly to prevent uneven material flow.
