The bottom hydraulic cylinder of the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher realizes discharge port adjustment and iron protection, and adopts a thin oil lubrication system to extend the bearing life. The spiral helical tooth design ensures high transmission efficiency, uniform tooth surface wear, and reduces operating costs. 1. Structure. The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher has a relatively simple structure and a small number of components, which makes the equipment easier to maintain and operate.

2. Discharge port adjustment. The hydraulic oil is injected or discharged into the main shaft cylinder through the oil pump to move the main shaft up and down, thereby adjusting the size of the discharge port.

3. Overload protection. When encountering hard materials, hydraulic oil will be injected into the accumulator, causing the main shaft to drop, thereby protecting the equipment from damage.

4. Crushing effect. The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is more suitable for medium crushing operations, with a larger passing capacity and better crushing effect.
