1. Adjust the spring preload pressure
If the inertia force caused by insufficient spring preload pressure causes abnormal noise in the equipment, the noise of the equipment can be reduced by adjusting the spring compression force. The spring pressure should not be too loose or too tight;
When adjusting the spring preload pressure, ensure that the gap of the spring spiral is greater than the eccentricity of the main shaft, otherwise the spring may pop out and the pull rod may break. Therefore, the spiral gap of the spring should match the eccentricity of the main shaft. When adjusting, stand on the side of the pull rod and try to stay away from the back of the pull rod to avoid safety failures.
2. Ensure the normal operation of the flywheel
When the V-belt is not tight enough, it may cause the flywheel to rotate abnormally and deviate from the machine position. At this time, the jaw crusher will make noise, so it is necessary to ensure that the V-belt has a suitable tightness. If the flywheel is not in the right position, the flywheel needs to be removed and repositioned.
3. Strictly control the feeding
Control the feeding of the jaw crusher, prohibit the particle size or water content of the material from exceeding the feeding requirements of the jaw crusher, and prohibit the operator from entering the equipment when operating the jaw crusher. This can effectively prevent the equipment from making abnormal noise during operation.
4. Timely tightening of parts
Since the jaw crusher will produce a large impact during operation, it may cause the internal parts of the equipment to fall off or loosen. It is necessary to regularly check the tightening of the internal parts of the equipment and tighten the nuts and bolts of the equipment in time.
5. Do a good job of lubrication
Do a good job of lubrication of the jaw crusher. Poor lubrication will cause the jaw crusher to run uncoordinated, resulting in abnormal noise. Therefore, the jaw crusher should be cleaned regularly and lubricated and maintained well to ensure the coordination between the parts of the equipment and reduce the noise.
